About Me
I am a yoga instructor from Canada, and I love to travel and experience different cultures and places. I started practicing yoga in 2017, and what began as a journey to find more balance on a surfboard evolved into a journey of self awareness and balance within myself.
For my classes I pull inspiration from an array of different styles and practices I have learned over my years of teaching and traveling.

A fun and dynamic class catering to the group’s needs and experience. Whether it is a mixed group with multi level participants or you are all new to yoga, there will be something in these classes for everyone.
Style & Philosophy
The main goal in my teachings is to help people cultivate a deeper connection with their mind and body through breath awareness. I aim to teach you how the breath is the most important tool you can use to find balance within yourself and how mobility is crucial for performance and practicing safely in the on and off of the mat.
I love to incorporate many different styles of practices into my classes such as Kundalini, Pilates, Qigong, and elements of dance. I also put great emphasis on mobility and linking the breath to movement to build a deeper connection with the breath. I teach to the level of the class and will offer modifications throughout my flows to cater to all students.
